@Tj72 I know what you mean.
Even though I now live with my Son and his family I find night time difficult since losing my Partner of 30 years.
I listen to radio and watch TV when I go to bed and finally fall asleep.0 -

i fully agree with you and totally understand. I sometimes can’t wait to get to bed, but sadly a little while later that’s me awake. It’s soul destroying, and everything that you have did comes back to you in the night. Take care and stay safe.1 -
Sorry to hear that @Tj72, is there any particular reason you dislike nights so much?

@Tj72 Did you manage to get some rest last night?
My mum always says "everything's worse at night" and I agree. Whenever I am having a flare up of my illness the pain seems to intensify and I have had many a night tossing and turning.
What pain relief are you taking? Also, have any medical professionals offered you advice?0 -
I think the mind says it’s worse at night, so can’t sleep. Last night I was painting. And I lost track of time, was painting when hubby got up for work at 5.30.0

@Tj72 Oh heck. I hope you get some decent sleep tonight. How's the pain today?
