@Tj72 i fully agree with you and totally understand. I sometimes can’t wait to get to bed, but sadly a little while later that’s me awake. It’s soul destroying, and everything that you have did comes back to you in the night. Take care and stay safe.
My mum always says "everything's worse at night" and I agree. Whenever I am having a flare up of my illness the pain seems to intensify and I have had many a night tossing and turning.
What pain relief are you taking? Also, have any medical professionals offered you advice?

I think the mind says it’s worse at night, so can’t sleep. Last night I was painting. And I lost track of time, was painting when hubby got up for work at 5.30.

Even though I now live with my Son and his family I find night time difficult since losing my Partner of 30 years.
I listen to radio and watch TV when I go to bed and finally fall asleep.
