Got letter of pip to fill in

3 weeks ago filled it in not got no evidence to send just my tablet list so thought I’m stuffed got letter back today saying looked at claim enchaned for both on going did not no wat it ment so phoned told no review for 10years

I am took 3 month hear back last time no contact of them just this letter normally get about 3 year never new there was 10 year is that new or they think u not get better
