    Hi @braca. Sorry you didn’t receive an award, but don’t give up hopefully be a better outcome with your MR if not there’s the appeal and the waiting time is much lower at the moment, good luck.

    @braca Hi there, I'm waiting on a decision from a paper based assessment too.
    How many points did your assessor recommend you get and did the decision maker go against their recommendation?
