Hello @gilld30 and welcome to the community.

Thank you Ross
I've looked and looked
I put the question to the Zoe app webinar but was not mentioned . At a loss as where else to look

At a guess I would say not, but I suspect that by the time they get the go ahead more studies will have been done. If its like the flu jab then I suspect it will be ok for all of us.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

I wonder how many people with disabilities or long term health conditions took place in the trials especially if the Government want everyone to have the vaccine! Surely this information should be made public.
-
Yes I hope so .
I've tried really hard to find out .
My son is 37 and I never ever dreamt of be back decided whether to get him vaccinated. It's such a responsibility -
Good point but I would imagine they are first looking at the majority of the population , though if the elderly are getting it first you would have thought they had done some research into certain conditions
-
@janer1967 I think you will find that keyworkers will be at the front of the queue and rightly so, we were talking about this the other day and personally I think that the elderly should be last, they should start at around 40 and work upwards and downwards at the same time.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

@woodbine I agree they should start with the people who have no orher option than to mix with others to keep up with vital services to the public
-
And those of use who have to provide unpaid care for disabled or elderly relatives in the absence of paid support workers...but at the moment we don't seem to be on the list at all except by reason of whatever age we are...!

I have been unable to find any specific trials on people with CP or other conditions.Scope

You could try Oxford University, as their vax has been trialed.
They should be able to direct you to the research paper, that led to the trial.
This would state who would be included and those who would be excluded.
I wii have a look round as well. -
Hi @gilld30
The Oxford trial was only given to healthy people, who had no underlying conditions.
Data about who was given the vaccine is due to be published this week.
Hope this helps.

Thank you everyone above all very helpful . Will read the data when it's out . And look at Oxford site. I'm so apprehensive about David having the vaccine if it hasnt been tested on neurological disorders ?
