Hi to all

This morning I felt OK after using my c pap machine last night for some of the night.
Woke up wanting to make a day of it went shopping with my daughter to buy my grandchild birthday presants for tommorow we only went in 3 shops got home I was exhausted to say the least.

Just don't understand why it's such an effort to do the simplest things. 
My peak flow keeps going low again and I don't feel great.

    I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this, have you discussed your concerns with your GP? There might be ways in which they could help.

    Hi sorry to hear it your problem and agree you should consult your GP hoping you get some help I don't suppose the weather is helping

    How are you feeling today @Sparklebright62? I'm sorry that things didn't go as you wanted yesterday, but it's good that you managed to get out a little bit. 

    Happy birthday to your grandchild for today! Are you able to celebrate with them?
