    Sounds like you sent it to the correct address. They will either use the evidence or they won't. It depends what evidence it is.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    This is potentially one of the most asked questions here on the community. There's never any timescales. It depends on backlog in your area. It will very likely be sometime in the new year now.
