We often talk about what's on our wish list, or what our favourite present was, but I noticed on another thread that many of you were most excited about giving presents at Christmas, rather than receiving them. I think that seeing someone's face light up when they open their present is one of the real joys of Christmas. Although the gift exchange had to be remote for many of us this year, I want to know:

New TV, although I actually received it before Christmas due to the time and effort it took Dad to set the thing up.

Is that for the new XBox you're hoping to get your hands on @MrAllen1976, or did you just fancy an upgrade?

That's quite the compliment @Ami2301! I bet you were pleased with that idea.

We'd kind of had the original HD TV in the Utility for a few years, it still worked but Dad took it to the Tip last week.

Both wonderful presents @janer1967! I bet you won't be able to stop your son taking pictures of everything now

I've had a few cameras over the years, as I developed an interest in digital Photography a few years back, most recently I bought myself a 4K video camera from Wish.com back in May, took me a bit to work out how to work it but it works a treat now, just point and click.

I really like watching everybody open their presents from me, maybe more than opening my own, I don’t really have one I that was most excited to see the person open, I enjoyed all of them
My favourite reactions to watch, which I still remember, were back when I had a little bit of money and no commitments, getting things family members really wanted and in some cases would use every day for years to come. Now I have a limited budget for each family member but people say it’s the thought that counts with a gift. -
I gave my Parents the Amazon Echo Show I bought them last Friday, it works but they already have the normal Amazon Echo so it kind of clashes.
