So after having 2 roasts over weekend I have decided that I'm going to have a nice prawn and egg salad for lunch ha what's everyone else having for lunch?

Probably leftovers from the Christmas dinners
I had a beef sandwich yesterday so maybe a gammon one today -

We’ve got gammon in the fridge that needs using today, so something with that I think. I don’t really fancy another roast (or the washing up!) so probably have it served with chips, egg and salad.
