I have constant anxiety since I had my son 25 years ago but I don't like taking meds as they make me put weight on what can I take instead.
I want to loose the rest of my weight 25kg but I find it very hard to do so because of childhood and adult trauma I saw a Councillor last year who I saw about 6 times but couldn't go afterwards because of health problems.
What do you suggest.

HI,As we are not medical professionals we won't be able to give you any medical advice and for this you should speak to your GP.Talking therapy can be done either online or by the telephone. Some information here in this link. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/free-therapy-or-counselling/For the weight loss, a healthy eating plan will definitely help, lots of fruit and veg and limit the amount of fat you have in your eating. Some links here about healthy eating. https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/eight-tips-for-healthy-eating/Hope this helps.
