Not a lot, I might have a drink tonight but it's unlikely I'll be staying up to see the new year in.

I'd like to think I'll see the New Year in but going by past years I'll be tucked up in bed by 11
A very happy New Year to each and every one of you and here's to a better 2021 -

Hi @Ibelive2020,
How are you? I will be spending New Year's Eve much like everyone else, a buffet, a few drinks and may play a couple of games. How about yourself? Happy New Year to everyone here on the community Thank you. -
Happy New Year to you all.I'll probably watch Jool's Hootenanny

Happy New Year everyone! I'll be staying in watching TV and having a drink with my housemate tonight. I'll probably put the Hootenanny on as well, and I've heard that BBC One are doing a 'special broadcast' instead of the fireworks so I might put that on too.

Happy New Tier everyone!
I shall be in bed about 11 as my dog seems calmer if he's in bed when the fireworks go off...
Wishing better times to all! -

I probably have posted this before already but I found it interesting...
Dogs are scared of fireworks because of evolution. When they lived outside, some dogs would be killed by lightning, but the ones that were scared of the thunder and took shelter survived, so that “gene” is the one that is in a lot of dogs today and so they are scared of fireworks because they sound like thunder. It is also for this reason you will find it is more outside/working dogs that are scared of fireworks (although other dogs can be scared too).
Our collie dog came from working dog parents on a farm and he absolutely hates fireworks
