Happy new year to you

For assessment gave copy of your form with you to refer to
Also prepare to give real examples of what happens when you try and do the tasks included in the descriptors
How you do them if you cant do them why not , do you need help or use aids x can you do it safely and repeatedly, have you had any accidents doing a task and so on
You may find some info in PIP section from other members -
Oh thank you. I have made copies of everything I sent when I applied before in 2016 I never sent no documents evidence. I was declined even though I told assessor I can't do nothing.

When you filled out the form did you give reasons why you can't do that activity? Just telling them you can't do something isn't going to help at all.No one can tell you what questions they will ask during your assessment. The first part will be for you to verify what you wrote in the form, as well as any additional information they need.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
