Ok sounds like it not that urgent I ince had similar had blood test got called to go to docs as they wanted to discuss abnormal result
Turned out my iron level was borderline had some iron tablets for few months till it was sorted but they do make you worry -

Iim already on iron tablets and heart tablets and vitamin D so it's nothing to do with that but it is urgent why they wanna c me tbh I'm scared that's why I didn't go 2day ad rather not know what's wrong I also need a blood test repeated then gta have another full count done in 3 weeks

You need to get the treatment tho even if you dont want to know you cant ignore it
You made the decision to go in first place which was brave but you need to see it through if not for you but your children (sorry not trying to lay guilt )
But if your anything like me my child is my reason I do a lot of things and why I carry on -
