Thanks @chiarieds well nerve wracking nurse said all my bloods have came bk borderline she couldnt say what for only one she could tell me is 2 much protein in my liver plus had more bloods took been booked in with doc for 3 weeks time so yep long wait again
-
Tests being borderline can happen. I had a renal function one (because of the medication I take), which came back borderline, & when tested 2 weeks later, it was fine; things do fluctuate with our bodies. It's a shame you didn't get to see a Dr, but at least they're monitoring how you are by re-doing some bloods.I know it can't be easy, but try putting it to the back of your mind until you see your GP.

@chiarieds I know but for every single 6 pots blood they took came back borderline? Something is not right I been getting breathless for months now and getting pain in my shoulder which has been there for 5 months i know it's something serious so today they have repeated bloods and done a blood test to check my bone marrow
-
At least it wasnt anything sinister as above borderline tests are quite common and will keep being repeated
Try relax and let it sink in -
Blood tests are done to help rule things in/out. It just sounds to me that your GP is being very thorough, which is a good thing. Then they'll be able to help you better, so progress is being made. Just horrid for you that it takes time. Try & do some things that you & your family enjoy to distract you a little.
-
I'm glad you managed to go @Ibelive2020, and that your doctor is taking this seriously. As the others have said, try and put it out of your mind for now and enjoy spending time with your family.
-
@janer1967 this bone bloods will determine what's wrong
-
I still dont know what's wrong
-
I know but maybe nothing serious is wrong
What is it you fear is wrong ? Have you asked the direct question as maybe if you have the fear if what it might be and you ask directly it could be ruled out from the tests you already had
-
@janer1967 I asked nurse today what was wrong her reply all borderline and 2 much protein in me liver had more bloods done and doc will c me in 3 weeks to discuss all my bloods no good telling me all borderline she didn't even tell me what for? She said doc will explain charming
-
This has happened to me a couple of times in the past where a few of my blood test results have come back boarderline but the next time i had them checked they came back all normal. It's likely nothing at all to worry about but they are just be cautious and checking them again.Easier said than done but try not to worry.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

@poppy123456 I'm gonna not think about it as I'm making myself poorly way I c it atm what will be will be no point getting worried if I dont need 2
