hi my 12 year old daughter dla runs out on the 9th of January I was sent a renewal form that I filled out in November but I've still had no reply from them . does that mean shes been refused it

Hi @blightycufc and welcome ......Not getting an answer from DLA does not mean your daughter has been refused DLA . There is a huge backlog at this time .
I think your best bet is to give them a phone and speak to someone directly .
Please have all your your information( and your daughters information) in front of you when you phone , good luck ....and please let us know how you get on ?

yes ive tried since Monday but I get cut off after about half an hour . tried again this morning and the same thing happened . .0

I managed to get through to dla this morning . my daughter was rewarded thank you very much for the advice.0

Rewarded? Do you mean they are going to continue to pay the DLA until a decision's made on the PIP?

yes till 2026 then she turns 16 thanks .0
