HI,May i ask if your son is student?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Yes he does cumpruter work at home

Did he tell them he's still a student when he claimed the carers allowance? Students are unable to claim carers allowance. If he didn't tell them then he needs to ring them and report this and the carers allowance will stop.I also note that you're claiming ESA. Does anyone else live with you at home? or is it just yourself and your son?

May i ask if you're still claiming child benefit for the son that's just claimed Carers allowance? Yes claiming the severe disability premium may also be possible for yourself here.
