Thanks for the welcome comments from everyone.
I will look around the site and join in with chats and things.
Kind of new to all this as I was quite fit and well fella until a spinal condition reared its awful head a couple of years ago.
Now I'm a bit crocked and getting used to life being very different now.
I guess being positive and making new friends in disability communities etc will really help me adapt and progress.
I hope to provide help and support where I can too.
