    A good way to get to know our other members is by posting in the virtual coffee lounge.  We have lots of fun discussions and games going on in there so don't be afraid to join in.  If that doesn't take your fancy, you might want to try having a nosey at our recent discussions :)

    How are things with your spinal injury?  Are you getting enough support with that?  I hope all is going okay.
