Hi I phoned pip and a decision has been made on my daughters pip! But it’s not showing up what has been awarded on their computers yet? The man just said that pip has been awarded it has just not been written up yet? Anyone else had this before?
Thankyou

HI,When a decision's been made it takes up to 24 hours for it to show on all the computers. They can only see that it's been made but can't see exactly what the decision is. If you ring back tomorrow afternoon they will be able to tell you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi! I phoned them and they said that it’s still not showing up with a payment schedule yet But he said it will be because payment won’t be until March 15th due to DLA run on and then pip is paid 4 weeks later! But he said that he can see that it says Enhanced for care and Enhanced for mobility! ? Really happy with that! It’s also been really quick as they didn’t get the assessor report until December 29th! Thankyou so much to everyone that has helped and given helpful advice xx
