Hi everyone,
my pip was due to end feb 2020 it was extended until November 2021. I received my review form January 13th 2020 which had to be returned by January 19th 2020.
I filled it in and returned! But, I am confused as it was extended.
I have been on DLA for many years until 3 years ago when I was awarded pip ... enhanced mobility/ standard care.
could anyone please tell me if they have experienced this and how long all this may take for a decision?
many thanks .

Hi and welcome
Just because you had an extension it doesn't mean they cant do a review so you have done right returning the forms
It can take a while to complete the whole process eg getting an assessment appointment and a decision
There are backlogs but it all depends on areas
As you have extension till nov you should be in plenty of time for it all to be completed -
Hello and welcome @Missy15
Hope you're well.
As mentioned above, just because the extension was put in place that doesn't make it out of the normal for you to receive the renewal forms now. Good thing is you have plenty of time until November, you did right to fill it in and send it back.Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing?
