I used to have two lovely dogs, one an Alsatian and the other a cross breed but mostly sheepdog. We also had a an African grey parrot called polly. Unfortunately we also had a mouse who ate the only copies of the pictures I had and or did ...stuff on them. Alas I have no pictures to post.
Your dogs look great, what breed are they?“This is my simple religion. No need for temples. No need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple. Your philosophy is simple kindness.”

Ahh @BrettW what bonny dogs!
These are my three in what looks like a cat album cover. At the top is Trinity (5 years old, stroppy, likes her alone time), in the middle is Frank (15 years old, alpha male, hard man) and at the bottom is Lavender (2 years old, my shadow and baby!). They are all rescue cats and I love them to bits.

Lovely photos of lovely dogs @BrettW - hadn't heard of that breed. My cat is nearly 2, & she's called Shadow, & looks a bit like Lavender above. Shadow was abandoned near me with her mum & brother when she was about 3 months old.

I'm just going through the pet related posts to boost my morale after some PIP form filling. So many cute pets here! I'd love to have a dog or a cat, health and landlord's permitting... Hopefully, in the future.

Hopefully one day you can have one @MissMarple
