Hi everyone,
I have mild CP and can walk unaided I have ankle equinus contractures and spastic diplegia. I am 37 and although I have never worn orthotics I would like to look into them. Does anyone here have recommendations for a good orthotics clinic in London or assessment and custom orthotics. Any experiences or advice would be gratefully received.

Hello @CPmild and welcome to our community.
It's great to meet you and I'm sure we can help with your question. I've tagged in our resident Cerebral Palsy Specialist Officer @Richard_Scope as he is a mine of information and will be able to respond to you when he's next on the community.
Also while you are here, have you taken a look in our Cerebral Palsy discussion group? There might be some threads in there that you can relate to. Equally, we have an online CP café every fortnight that you might like to get involved with. Here's a thread about it to find out more.
Best wishes and take care
