Is a letter from PIP saying they have enough information to make a decision a good sign?

Hi i have received a letter from pip saying that they have all the information to make a decision is this a normal thing to receive is that a good indication or not?

Its a standard letter, which basically means as it says, they have all the information and a decision maker will make a decision in due course.
