Any advice for completing the ESA Form?

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for some broad guidance on completing the ESA form. Do we complete it like the PIP form, providing as much detail as possible in the faint hope they will accept the written submission without assessment? Or do we put the basic bones because an assessment is inevitable?
Also, do we complete the form solely from a workplace perspective or from an "entire life" perspective detailing how our condition/s affect us at, say, the shops or in a cafe?
Any advice/insight would be appreciated.

An assessment is almost certain (by phone at the moment) but you still need to complete in as much detail as possible and provide any available supporting evidence,
Entire life perspective, obviously people not in work cannot give workplace examples. Use whatever best conveys the difficulties you experience.1
