I know how it makes you feel when you are lonely. Have you tried making the first move to contact family ?
I have the same issue I contact my mum most weeks but if I dont then she never contacts me . It's been 12 years since my dad passed away and my mum has called me only twice.
I just accept I have to make the contact

Hi @lexidredge
I'm sorry to hear this, hopefully the community can help cheer you up
It's certainly a hard time right now and I hope things improve soon for you. Have you received support from your GP so that you can effectively manage your mental health?Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Flag your concerns with us.

hi @lexidredge
not been on here for awhile. but popped on saw your post and thought I respond. I don't have much advice for you but sometimes its just nice for someone to stop and say HI, so here I am.
what sort of music do you like? I have taken to watching music channels on twitch it has a good community and best thing is you can just be you. it really depends on what music you like though as there is a lot of the same on there. I think it good as most of it is uplifting music so makes you feel good.
anyway just thought I say hi been long time reader of this community but rarely post.
all the best
