No assessment needed

I just had my review. I didn't need a face to face or phone assessment as nothing had changed. They had everything they needed from the review form, the previous one plus assessment.

Things haven't changed,  but there's the problem.  They acknowledged that I told them about my anxiety and how that impacts my daily life and the descriptors,  but dismiss the condition exists. The reason for no points for care is because I am not seeing a specialist and haven't given them any hospital appointments. That was the reason prior.
I don't want a referral.

They will review from January next year as I only have the award until 2023. That's less time that before. I can't help thinking it's too do with covid?
