Thinking more about the supported living side of things...

No experience, but there are a few reviews here: https://www.carehome.co.uk/care_search_results.cfm/searchgroup/36151005LEOA?orderid=7&faq=2#locations-top Also reviews for other care homes here: https://www.carehome.co.uk/ You may have seen these, but sending just in case. Is this for your son?

@chiarieds
Thank you, you are so helpful!
Yes for my son, it's getting harder the older I get to deal with his challenging behaviour.
They seem to be a very well thought of organisation.
Never occurred to me to try and find reviews, so thanks again -
You're very welcome. Hope you can find somewhere suitable; there do seem to be some very good care homes indeed.

I used to get care from them 7 days a week, in the Flat, the staff were great, and I became very close to the first guy they sent, an older guy called Tony, who I'm still in touch with all these years later and he retired about 10 years ago (he's a bit older than my Dad, mid 70s, he doesn't look it though)
And then in 2017 the social pulled the plug on the funding so we had to find a new care company...

Thanks so much for taking the time to tell me of your experience with them @MrAllen1976 ...
Its reassuring to know you got on so well with them.
Should a shame the funding was pulled I know it can be a nightmare finding the right support.
