Hi
I would just like to know if anyone knew of any counsellors based in the Northamptonshire area that specialise in epilepsy and in giving counselling to those with epilepsy as I got my epilepsy through my Right sided hemiplegia. -
@Richard_Scope I am new to the group and when I try to sign up for the coffee chat on the 29th it tells me the "event is either closed or the URL is no longer active". Could you help me get signed up for the event?
-
Hi @dabradl

As anyone here suffering with P.I.S. Ever regained their younger self abilities? For instance I could walk until about 5 years ago (got a blood clot) and since then I got back into a wheelchair. I know trying to return to a younger version of myself will be incredibly difficult maybe even impossible… please reply if you have managed to …
-
Hi @Lee1969
Great to meet you. I'm not familiar with P.I.S but with cerebral palsy, my impairment, exercise and physiotherapy can help to maintain mobility.
Returning to a younger version of yourself is something that we would all like, I'm sure. It is better to focus on maintaining what you have.
Are you having regular treatment and physiotherapy?Scope
