I would like every young people to share with what type of methods they are using to cope with having special needs.

Dealing with the emotional side of being disabled can be hard and I think this is perhaps one of those topics that gets pushed under the carpet. I know many of our members have tried counselling or talking therapies before and that really helped. Is this something you personally would be interested in exploring? Are you coping okay?1 -
I’m still learning to come to terms with being Mentally I struggle a lot0
