Payment not received

Do my partners payment for esa didn’t go into his bank today like it should, he had his assessment last Tuesday, but no news yet, has anyone had an issue like this before? (Currently on hold with them on the phone)

Yes, sorry, apparently they have a new and ‘improved’ payment system in place and are having a few teething problems. The payment should go in later today!!
