    I'm a traditionalist, but didn't have any lemons so lime and brown sugar.  Yum

    I made American buttermilk pancakes for the first time.  My 14 year old loves them.  Had him cooking them this morning with the biggest grin on his face (he's autistic too and will only eat a very limited list of things so I was glad to have him so involved and happy).  Another happy memory to store up lol.

    Ah, that's lovely deanna, so glad you got your son involved.  Which did he enjoy most, the cooking or the eating?
