Filling in PIP application as an appointee

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
Hi, my son turned 16 just before Christmas and I am his appointee. I'm about to complete his PIP application form but can't see guidance on how to phrase my responses - i was going to do it in the third person so... "J is unable to dress himself ....." is this right? He had a lifetime award on DLA so haven't needed to fill forms out since he was 5.

    Hi there 

    I'm not sure it matters as long as it is clear that you are referring to the claimant.  I think there is somewhere on the form asking if you are filling it in on behalf of someone
