Hi please can some one give me some advice. I receive ESA and in the support group, i get a little extra ESA because i am disabled.
I also get PIP. I am living with my partner who is in full time employment, can anyone please tell me if i/we are able to get council tax reduction.

Council tax reduction is a local council arrangement and each council has their own criteria
You will need to see what your councils criteria is. You should find this on their website
