Hi there,
Can anyone advise on how to fill out a PIP form for my 17 year old with ADHD please? Or any websites that help? She needs help with EVERYTHING
and at the moment whilst at college a part time job is out of the question as she simply will not cope.
Thanks

Hi and welcome
Just take each descriptor at a time and give examples of what happens when she tries to do each task
Can she do it if not why not does she need support or use aids does someone do it for her if so who and how often
Can she do it safely reliably and repeatedly, has she had any accidents or hurt herself trying to do them
What are the consequences of doing something eg if she dresses herself she cant do anything else for rest of day due to fatigue
Give as much detail as you can some people include a daily diary as evidence or a letter from someone who sees her all the time and can explain what her daily living is like
Hope this helps thetr I'd also lots of advice in our PIP section2 -
