I don't cook as much as I should. I have to in the right mood! I made a goulash a couple of days ago and have got some veggies left that I need to use up so think I will do a lasagne tonight.0

I usually make large servings and put it in the freezer so it is ready for when I don't feel up to cooking. I have a feeling I will still have some veg left over after I have made the lasagne so I will have to have a think what I can do with any veg that is left over this time.0
