Writing stuff down is pretty stressful to me, but when I keep walking AKA #stimming it becomes much easier. In fact - when walking in circles - I get absorbed into #autistic #hyperfocus which means having an obsessive interest on one thing almost to the exclusion of everything else. Hyper-attention is very common among #neurodiverse people, especially guys with #ADHD or persons on the autistic spectrum tend to get lost in details. It often helps coping with #stress and #nervousness.
