@Globster, hello question, do you charge your scooter batteries at the end of each days use, and batteries don’t like the cold will not last as long, plus how old are the batteries, most scooter batteries only last 2 to 4 years depending on type AGM or GEL type and usage and how well they are maintained ( charged after each days use ).

If the chair moves then there is a charge in the batteries. Perhaps the lights are broken?Scope

I only called Rose care yesterday after returning to my hospital appointment and found the was not moving like usual does
I got my wheelchair sorted this morning got batteries replaced
