What was the first record you bought? And whose poster was on your bedroom wall?

I brought my first record in 1971 at the age of 12, it was a reggae version of "Moon River" by a group called Greyhound it was a minor hit, the song featured in the film "Breakfast at Tiffanys" starring Audrey Hepburn. It was a hit in the early 60's for Danny Williams and in the US for Andy Williams in 1961.

Ahhh I'm like way too young to say I've bought records but my aunt has a big collection and whenever i went to visit her we used to dance to her abba record. Since i have gotten myself a record player and I'm busy starting my own collection. Any good suggestions?
