We all get dressed in the morning but I know from personal experience that living with a disability can make dressing a tedious event!

I tend to wear kaftans or very loose clothes as everything rubs on my skin. Sometimes unbearable!

Definitely a standard bra, due to my poor fine motor skills i find the the hooks very fiddly. A sports bra is definitely more preferable.Disability Gamechanger - 2019
