Anyone have experience of 10 year award I have been given 10 years award and just like to know if anyone had this and is it the lite touch review so will my reviews be easier so too speak in future

Although this 2018 report refers to guidance to be published by DWP I've yet to see any guidance on 'light touch'. (If anyone wants to highlight my inadequate use of a search engine and point me to it please do.)woodbine said:

My award says ongoing. When I phoned to ask what that meant I was told that there was no end date to my award. What that means in practice I have no idea.0

I have cp I rang today the lady I spoke to said indefinite award but a review after 10 years I have not seen letter yet myself got sent Sunday apparently lol0
