Fibromyalgia office chair help

Hello,
I am currently working for a company who supplied me with an office chair. It flares up pain in my upper back and coccyx. It makes the pain unbearable. How can I find a chair which fits me and supports my body? I was told I was ‘too slim’ for the chair they supplied.
Having been off work for 12 weeks my pain has reduced.... until I used my work laptop at home yesterday. I am now working from home for 3 months and need advice on how to do this with reduced pain. I will stand up for part of the day.... it’s the sitting I need help with. Specifically a chair to use without so much pain. I have cushions you put on a chair and they do not provide enough support. Any advice would be greatly received. Thank you in advance.

Hi @reeny1978, have you been assessed by access to work?
They might be able to provide a chair which is more specialised to your needs.Scope -
Hi @reeny1978 Welcome to the community great to have you on board. As Chloe has said access to work could provide an assessment and recommend a suitable chair.
You could also ask your employer to refer you to occupational health who can also assess you and your work station and make recommendations for equipment or adaptions to help you -
Thank you @janer1967 and @Chloe_Scope I sent a referral to Access to work last night on the recommendation from @steve51. Fingers crossed they can help.I was referred to OH on my request over a year ago, but they just said take regular breaks. My immediate managers were not supportive. I was referred to workplace adjustment (in house) who got me a new desk (took 7 months) and chair. But the chair causes a lot of pain. I have persevered for over a year with a lot of pain. It is a universal ‘one size fits all’ chair with no upper back support or head rest. They may be able to re-assess me, but the solutions they provide are not bespoke. They want me to tell them what I need... and I don’t know the answer.I am looking for somebody to tell me what I need really. Hoping access to work can help.
Thank you! -
