Backdated pip

I've been awarded pop but the backdated payment was all paid using 2019 rates is this correct or should they have used the new rates as well

They usually use the rate applicable to the year in which they owe you money0 -
My claim started October 2019 and I got awarded in December 2020. So what should it be under. Thank you for replying0
