What time period will the tribunal take into account for appealing my WCA?

Will the tribunal take into account my condition at the time of the WCA I am appealing against or will it be the time when I filled out the UC50 limited capability for work questionnaire. The reason why I ask is because the questionnaire was sent of by myself in June 2019 however the home visit WCA was carried out in August 2019 and my condition became a lot worse over those two months.

Hi @elephata.
It's my understanding that they're looking at how you are at the time of your assessment. If your condition got worse between filling in the initial form and your assessment, would I be right to assume you let them know that at the assessment and spoke about how you were then, rather than two months prior?0 -
I did let them know that my condition was getting worse but I don't think I mentioned the two month period specifically.0
