This pandemic is the war to end all wars.
Never im my wildest dreams could i have known exactly what Covid19 really was.
So many people lost their lives to this pandemic.
My great great ived through 2
world wars & I'm honoured to say i grew up with both of them.
Oh what fun we had together my Da was extremely
funny whilst great great Grandma thought we were living through a world war & were still on rations.
I learnt so much from both of them & my Nan.
Who had the most amazing stories to recall..
And i never tired of hearing them.
Covid19 is mine & my daughters war that we've lived through.
Only allowed out once a week to do essential.shopping & for our daily exercise.
Never again will we have normality.
I'm exempt from wearing a face mask for medical reasons yet im lucky enough to still be here.
Seeing the police stopping people to ask where they have been & what they've been doing?
Our wonderful amazing NHS heroes & heroines.
God bless you all & thank you so so much.
Queuing in Aldi on my mobility scooter with people right close up without any thought to me.

For goodness sake get back stay 2 metres apart whats wrong with you?
I'm sat on my scooter with my coat zipped right up covering my mouth & nose.
You can clearly see me why do you think you can be up my back side?
Whilst the rest of the queue are all stood on the 2 metre arrows saying please stay 2 metres apart!!!
I've got friends who have sadly lost loved ones who have died from Covid.
Friends who ate extremely clinically vulnerable who caught it.
Yet were all still alive something to really be thankful for.

Hello @Queenofdisabilities and thank you for sharing your words with us.  You are right, the pandemic has been horrendous and, for many of us, a personal war.  It's good to reflect on the positives we can take away too though and being thankful for our health and the services who have kept us going is right up there.
