Hi had mine, didn't feel it felt fine next day had an upset tummy nothinv major just for a few hours but lasted a couple of days. But other than that fine. It seems most ppl have said that or a slight headache, or both. So eat light just in case. Take some pain killers you'll be fine. If your driving and having the Oxford one you'll have to stay for 15 mins to see if your OK. It was no biggy, good luck.

Hi, had mine 2 weeks ago. Had the Astra Zeneca jab.  Hurt a bit, but next 2 days felt as if I had the flu.  Ok since.

I don't have CP but had my jab on friday, had the oxford one my arms quite sore but nothing else so far, I would fully recommend that everyone should take the opportunity to have this jab it's the way out of this mess.
Italy is going back to partial lockdown on Monday, same size population but they have only vaccinated 6 million whereas we have done almost 24 million.

    Hi @HunrerHenners
How are you? I have CP, when I had my jab I had flu like symptoms the next day but thereafter I was fine. It's important to remember the jab may affect different people in different ways but, in my opinion, the benefits far out way not having the jab. I can understand you are concerned, but please try not to worry, I hope the jab goes well. Thank you.

    Hi @HunrerHenners
I have quad CP and I had my jab three weeks ago. I had a sore arm but no adverse reactions. Everybody is different. Have some paracetamol to hand just in case. Don't worry too much and ignore the people on social media that are posting for likes. That would be my advice.

I had my Astra Zeneca jab a couple of weeks ago. I have mild CP and the jab affected my muscles and ability to walk for a couple of days . The effect of the jab did not come on for several hours but then hit me. Don’t regret having the jab at all but wish I had thought through getting help to take the dog out before I had the jab. Other healthy friends have been out of action for a couple of days with flu like symptoms afterwards but like me all grateful to have been inoculated but it may help to be prepared with food in and a dog walker friend sorted ( if needed )

Oh yes great now thanks ( save for totally unrelated fall! ) and I will definitely be there for the second jab but I will just be a bit better prepared next time with dog food bought and friend organised to walk the dog . Only posted so that others could perhaps be a bit more prepared than I was
