    Does anyone know what a household information survey is? 

    I was told I’d need to complete one on Monday when I go through the sign up process. 

    I thought it might be similar to an application form but with it been a tenancy transfer and then having the information about me and it all been approved, I’m wondering what it is? 

    Is it just a survey regarding household members like educational background, ethnicity, etc?

    So pleased for you @MarkN88! Just an idea, we could all throw you a virtual new home party! We've had virtual birthday parties, so your's could be the first new home party! In all seriousness though, I do wish you all the best with your new home :)

    @MarkN88 I have heard of them but not sure what it is maybe its about how they handled everything from when they told you that you had to move out  to giving money gor the move to getting you a new place 

    That could be one thing but not realy sure just a suggestion if whst it may be
