Hi there
Congratulations and thanks for sharing , you will get back pay to the date you first applied for PIP
As to how long it will take for payment is a guess but it doesnt normally take that long if its DWP decision
The payment dates will be in line with when you applied
What was the award you have been given ? -
Daily living allowance inhanced which I'm really happy with
-
It was a dwp decision
-
So I'll get back dated to October 2020? When I first applied
-
It shouldn't take too long then
Did you get an award letter it should detail the payments on there -
Yes you will get backdated
-
No I haven't got award letter yet they rang me this morning to tell me that they had changed their decision I was so in shock that I got it I forgot to ask about back payments
-
Just adding my congratulations @Nicky73
-
No problem
You may find the money is in your account before you get the letter
But the letter will detail your 4 weekly payments and your back pay -
Congratulations @Nicky73 ?
