It is a bank holiday today . If you look online if will tell you payment dates over easter period -
Hi @carltt - I'm sorry your payment hasn't come through. Benefits that were due over Easter from 2-5 April should have been paid yesterday instead. I'm afraid all you can do is wait for Tuesday to try & get this sorted.

A payment due today should have been paid yesterday. If not you will have to ring them on Tuesday.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Have you checked if you were paid yesterday instead

My son should've had his yesterday 3 phone calls on hold 3 times total 3 hrs didn't get anywhere as they closed I was not happy have to wait until Tuesday now
