Hi and welcome
Depends where you are thinking of getting a loan from and your financial situation ? -
Hi @Ceri07
Welcome to the community! It's great to have you with us
Could I just ask - are you thinking of applying for a loan to fund anything in particular? If you want to tell us a bit more then we'll definitely do our best to point you in the right direction.
As a starting point for you though, it might be worth checking this Benefits Calculator, to make sure that you are currently receiving everything that you might be entitled to before you consider applying for a loan. Plus, you might want to have a look at the Scope website Money section. This contains further information about funding and grants, including a grants checker tool. Also, you mentioned PIP in your original post, so you might be interested in this link to some information from the Citizen's Advice Bureau on the Extra money and help PIP entitles you to.
Last of all, just to let you know that I'm going to move your post our to our Finances and extra costs page, so that our other members can find and respond to your query more easily.
Hope that's helpful. Just give us a shout if you have any questions or you need any help navigating the community.
Look forward to seeing you around and getting to know you a bit more.
Hope you have a lovely bank holiday weekend
