Its an explanation of changes made to Mobility Benefit were found to be illegal. So as a consequence some of you may be owed money, some may be entitled to a new hearing.

Yeah I believe so, but I was wondering about people who were judged under the new criteria and turned down. Will they get the opportunity to appeal again.
