My daughter got a letter asking her to phone to renew her PIP, rather than do a form. Anyone else?

My daughter has received a letter asking her to phone to renew her PIP. She hasn't received a form to fill in which surprised me.
Has anyone else been asked to phone to renew PIP rather than being sent a form?

Hi there
I have heard of this before but think it is only in extreme circumstances if they are classed as extremely vulnerable
It is normally like you said the renewal form followed by assessment1
